On September 5, 2026, we participated in the Asia Dry Eye Summit 2026 (ADES 2026), held in Singapore.
The Asia Dry Eye Summit is an international meeting that brings together researchers and clinicians from across Asia who specialize in dry eye disease and ocular surface disorders. The meeting provides a forum for discussing the latest advances in clinical, basic, and translational research.
At ADES 2026, a wide range of topics were presented and discussed, including artificial intelligence in dry eye research, novel therapies, inflammation, nerve regeneration, and biomarkers. The meeting provided valuable insights and inspiration for the further development of our research.
Dr. Okumura from our laboratory presented a poster and shared our latest research findings with international researchers and clinicians. The presentation also provided an excellent opportunity for active discussion and scientific exchange.
Interactions with researchers from across Asia further highlighted the importance of international collaboration in advancing dry eye and ocular surface research.
We sincerely thank the organizers, faculty members, and all those involved in making the meeting possible.
Inomata Challenging Lab will continue to promote international collaboration and advance research aimed at improving our understanding of dry eye and ocular surface diseases and developing new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
